Alright, I finished it. Updated the main post with the new package

- Renamed all meters
- Added mouse dragging
- Added optional arrows
- Added missing mouse actions
- Added mouse over/leave effects
- Improved formulas
- Added Multi-Meter example to the package
- Added both vertical and horizontal scroll bars as independent variants.
